At Nara Virtual Private Limited ("Nara Virtual", "we", "us", or "our"), we are committed to delivering high-quality AI-powered services, including chat assistance, image generation, summarisation tools, and API access. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines our approach to cancellations, refunds, and related processes to ensure transparency and fairness, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act, India).
Subscription & Credit-Based System
Prepaid Credit Model
All services, including AI chat, image generation, summarisation, and API access, operate on a prepaid credit-based system. Credits are deducted based on usage as per the pricing and limits of your subscription plan.
Non-Refundable Credits
Once credits are consumed, they are non-refundable except as outlined in the Refund Policy.
Credit Expiry
Subscription plans provide a set number of credits per billing cycle. Unused credits expire at the end of the billing cycle and do not carry forward unless explicitly stated in your plan.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided for purchased credits or activated subscriptions, except in the following cases:
- Duplicate Transactions: If a payment is processed multiple times due to a technical error
- Prolonged Service Disruption: Disruptions to services lasting more than 48 consecutive hours, as confirmed by our internal team
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Refunds are subject to verification and compliance with applicable laws, including the DPDP Act and GDPR.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Process
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard on our website.
Effect of Cancellation
Cancellation prevents future auto-renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing cycle. Access to services will continue until the end of the paid billing period.
GDPR & DPDP Compliance
Upon cancellation, you may request deletion of your personal data as per the Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention obligations.

Review Process
